Oil Sands Safety Association - OSSA

Fall Protection Group Inc has a long standing involvement with OSSA.  Our 6116 Fall Protection program is one of the only OSSA recognized fall protection programs.

The Oil Sands Safety Association (OSSA) is a non-profit organization made up of representatives from Syncrude Canada, Suncor Energy, Shell Albian Sands and Canadian Natural Resources, as well as volunteer members from the labour providers, area contractors and education providers. The OSSA's objective is to bring together the current oil sands Owners to design and implement an agreed set of Safety Training Standards for purpose of creating “an incident free workforce”.

Alberta Construction Safety Association - ACSA

Fall Protection Group is a long standing member of the ACSA.  Our 6116 Fall Protection Program is fully ACSA accredited.

Alberta Construction Safety Association (ACSA) is an organization whose members are Alberta employers. The ACSA provides quality advice and education for the construction industry as it relates to safety in the workplace.

BC Construction Safety Alliance

Fall Protection Group’s Fall Protection Comprehensive Program is the only fall protection course Endorsed by the BCCSA.

The BC Construction Safety Alliance is a not-for-profit association that provides services to over 40,000 construction companies employing over 180,000 workers.

Ontario Ministry of Labour

Fall Protection Group’s Working at Heights program (course code #6212) is accredited by the Ontario Ministry of Labour.

In 2015, the Ontario Ministry of Labour released requirements in O. Reg. 297/13 that requires employers to ensure that workers on construction projects who need to use fall protection complete approved working at heights training.
